"The boots are lovely and just as expected—my second pair! Unfortunately, I’m unhappy that the footbed insert is cut poorly and doesn’t fit the boot very well—it’s a bit short and off-center—so I notice it when I’m walking and fear that it will eventually cause blisters or pain if I wear the boots for very long. I wish I could get those replaced, and may just end up trying to buy my own inserts. I think it’s just a quality control issue that shouldn’t have happened with relatively expensive shoes."
