Care
We recommend that our customers strictly follow our care instructions to ensure product quality.
When necessary, wipe the boots using lukewarm water and a soft clean cloth to wash off any dirt or sand. Let dry.
Remove any moisture inside the boot by taking out the inlay sole and inserting dry paper towels to wick out any moisture. Never use heat or a boot dryer.
To prolong the lifetime of your rainboots, we recommend once in a while using a rubber care spray to polish them. Use a clean soft cloth to rub in the spray. This will prevent cracking of the material, revitalise the colour and keep the rubber flexible.

Storage
Store your rainboots indoors in a cool place away from sunlight, as they are sensitive to heat and the colour can be affected if exposed to sunlight for a long period of time.

Boots Faulty but Customer Service Exceptional

"Extremely disappointed that the boots completely came apart at the toe after only a few wears. And also extremely disappointed that they were then out of stock and I’m unable to exchange them. I’ll now have to find a new winter go to boot. But I was very pleased by the rapid response to my complaint and swiftly Dr refund of the purchase. Absolutely hassle free and greatly appreciated. I really would have just preferred the boots had not been faulty as I dread having to source a new boot. But again, customer service was top notch."

Q&A

I'm a US size 9 and I bought a size 42 a few years back. It was so narrow at the arch that it started to hurt. I forgot that I'm actually a US size 9Wide. For my next pair, should I size up to a 43 or 44?
​​We recommend sizing up if you feel they are a bit snug. It's always preferable to have a larger size than a smaller one. You can always add an insole if necessary.
