Yes, we are offering extended returns. If you buy between November 22 and December 18, you will have until January 15 2025 to return the order.

Our raincoats are made of PVC rubberized coating and a cotton or polycotton membrane. You can read more about our materials here.
Yes, all of our raincoats are 100% waterproof with a water column pressure of +20 000 mm (that means that they can withstand a lot of rain without leaking).
If you are unsure of how to wash or care for your STUTTERHEIM product, please refer to our Product Care page or the label inside the garment.
Some of our products are unisex or available for both men and women – such as our classic Stockholm raincoat and Chelsea Rainwalker rain boots. Other products are divided into womenswear and menswear sections, but as we have a wide range of sizes, most styles can be worn by both men and women.

Yes, you can return your item(s) within 14 days if not satisfied. If you want to make an exchange, you'll have to return the order and place a new one. Please find more information on how to make a return here. We do not accept returns or exchanges for products tagged as "final sale".

No, unfortunately, currently we do not offer gift cards. We do however offer free returns. Should you want to order a gift and are unsure of the size or colour, it can always be returned at no extra cost.
