Returns & Exchanges
We offer all customers free returns worldwide within 30 days from the time of delivery. This also applies to items bought on sale. The order must be returned in original condition with included original packaging and sent via the designated courier printed on the label.
Yes, we offer free returns. However, you will only be refunded the value of the product(s) ordered. If you have paid extra for shipping, that cost won't be compensated.
Within the EU:
Bring the package to your nearest UPS drop-off point.
1. Place the item(s) in the original shipping box or any other suitable container. You must include the original packaging (e.g. the shoe box or plastic bag in which the garment was placed).
2. Fill out the return form and place it inside the box.
3. Close the box and tape it shut.
4. Place the return label, which was included in your original parcel, on the outside of the box. Make sure it either covers the original delivery information or that this has been removed, to avoid any confusion about where the parcel is being sent. If you cannot find the return label, please check inside the box again, as it may have stuck to the lid or bottom.
You will be notified when the return has been received and processed. Please note that it may take up to X business days for the return to be processed and the refund to be completed.
Outside of the EU:
Bring the package along with 3 printed copies of the commercial invoice which was emailed to you from noreply@korallen.se when you placed the order, to your nearest UPS drop-off point.

No. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that have not been sent with our prepaid return label and the carrier indicated on the label.
If you have returned your order with your own choice of carrier, we will not receive the parcel at our warehouse nor be able to refund your order. Neither will you be compensated if the parcel is lost in transit or for the shipping costs spent.

No, we do not offer exchanges. Instead, the product will have to be returned for a refund and a new order placed. We offer a 30-day return window. The steps for returns are detailed in our shipping and returns terms.
Returns can take up to 10 business days to be processed once we have received it. If more than 10 business days have passed, please contact customer service with proof of return, e.g. collection receipt or drop off slip.
Please note that it may take 10 business days for returns to be processed following receipt of the parcel to our warehouse. An email will be sent to you to confirm once your return has been processed.
