The sturdy and hard-wearing waterproof fabric is tailored with double-welded seams, making it impossible for any moisture to seep through. Ease of movement and comfort is achieved with under-arm eyelets and a drawstring hood.

What is the difference between two raincoats for women. It says one is lightweight, but could you go into more detail. I need a raincoat. That is completely waterproof.
