We offer a range of shipping services, including UPS, DHL, Postnord, and Instabox lockers. Which ones are available to you may vary depending on your location.
Instabox Information (Sweden, Norway, Denmark):
Standard delivery to Instabox lockers is free if you reach the minimum order cap.
As soon as your order has been shipped from us, you will receive an SMS from Instabox with a link where all the information about the delivery can be found. When the package has been delivered to a locker, you will receive an eight-digit code from Instabox via SMS. Please note that you may need to identify yourself with Bank-ID or similar to confirm that the right person is picking up the package. If the code does not work, please contact Instabox customer service.
You have 14 days to collect your package, from day 1-4 your package will be in the locker. After day 4, Instabox will take the package back to their warehouse and you have 10 days to book a new delivery. For return information, see here.
Please note that if the package is too large to fit in the cabinet, your order will be changed to home delivery if possible, otherwise it will be sent back to the warehouse. Please note, this is usually the case for our Rain trolleys so avoid using instabox lockers for these products specifically.
No, all taxes and import duties are included in the final price. That includes countries outside of the European Union.
You will receive an email which includes a tracking link as soon as your order has been processed and shipped from our warehouse. You can also track your parcel here.
We ship all orders within 24 business hours of when the order was placed. The delivery time may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping option. We offer express shipping, which means the parcel will be prioritised when handled in our warehouse as well as by the shipping service.
Yes. All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from the STUTTERHEIM warehouse to the recipient's address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. The customer bears the responsibility for items during returns and exchanges.
