Expertly made in light and airy waterproof fabric and tailored with triple-welded seams for complete rain protection, the new features include patch pockets with flaps to keep your carry-ons dry and safe and a capped hood for clear vision and comfort in uncomfortable weather.

"I bought a small and it’s pretty oversized for a small. I’m 5 4” and 140 so I’m a little confused. I put my measurements to the measurements in the products description but it just didn’t work out. the width of the garment across the shoulders and thru the body are oversized. Anyway, Not a stylish look at all. I’m Stuck with it as I cannot return or exchange. People should Size down I guess?"
