Who may Stutterheim share your personal data with?
In some cases, it is necessary for Stutterheim to divulge your personal information; these companies are called Data Processors. Data Processors handle personal data on Stutterheim’s behalf in accordance with Stutterheim’s instructions. Stutterheim has Data Processors who help Stutterheim with:

Transport (logistics).
Payment solutions (card-insolvent companies, banks, and other payment service providers).
Marketing (print and distribution, social media, media agencies or advertising agencies).
IT services (companies that handle necessary operations, technical support and maintenance of our IT solutions).

When Stutterheim transfers personal data to a Data Processor, it only takes place for the original purpose of collecting the personal data from the beginning. In most cases, this purpose relates to Stutterheim’s commitment to maintain its part of the purchase agreement when a customer has made a purchase. Written agreements are established with all Data Processors where guarantees are given for the personal data being handled only for the agreed purpose and the security of the personal data.

Stutterheim sometimes transfers personal data to other companies that are Data Controllers, like Stutterheim. This means that it is not Stutterheim that determines how the personal data will be handled by the other company. Data Controllers that Stutterheim shares personal information with are:

Companies that deal with general freight transport (logistics companies and freight forwarders).
Businesses offering payment solutions (card-insolvent companies, banks and other payment service providers).
Government authorities (police, tax authorities or other authorities) if we are required to do so by law or in the event of suspected crime.

Where does Stutterheim process your personal data?
Stutterheim always strives to process personal data within the EU / EEA. However, some support and maintenance may require personal data to be transferred to a non-EU country, for example, if we share personal data with a Data Processor that, either by itself or through a subcontractor, stores information outside of EU/EES. The level of protection of personal data is guaranteed through approved code of conduct in the recipient country, standard contract clauses, binding company internal rules or Privacy Shield in these cases.

How long is your personal data stored?
Stutterheim never stores personal data longer than necessary for each respective purpose. You can read more about the retention periods under each corresponding purpose.

How are cookies used?
Cookies are small text files compiled of letters and numbers that are sent from Stutterheim’s webservers and are saved in your web browser or devise when you visit stutterheim.com. Some of our services requires cookies to function properly, while some improve the services we provide. Some cookies are used to give us analytical information regarding your use of our services, and some are used to give you relevant marketing. It’s important for you to know that you can always change your settings for cookies in your browser. Your right to your personal data
As a data subject you have rights to your personal data. You have the right to get information about whether Stutterheim handles your personal data or not, and a right to access the personal data that Stutterheim is processing. Please keep in mind that we may have the right to deny your request if there are legal obligations that prevents us from deleting some personal data.

General

These terms and conditions apply to all purchase orders submitted to Stutterheim’s webshop on www.stutterheim.com (in the following referred to as the Webshop), covering all purchase agreements that a consumer enters into online with Svenska Regn AB, hereinafter referred to as Svenska Regn. We encourage you to read these terms and conditions in their entirety before submitting an order. These terms and conditions may be updated and vary from time to time, which is why we ask you to read the terms and conditions previous to every order you place in the Webshop.

A binding purchase agreement is entered into as soon as your order has been confirmed by us and an order confirmation has been sent from Svenska Regn to the e-mail address you submitted. If an item happens to run out of stock before the status has been correctly updated on the Webshop, Svenska Regn will notify you of this by e-mail. We may then suggest an alternative item, or cancel the order in question and refund your purchase. If incorrect price information has been shown on the Webshop you will be given the opportunity to either purchase the item at the correct price, or cancel the order. Svenska Regn reserves the right to decline or rescind a purchase agreement if fraud or other actions similar to fraud, such as unlawful use of another person’s credit card, are suspected.

To place an order in the Webshop you must be at least 18 years old and not under guardianship. Svenska Regn presumes that minors who carry out purchases on www.stutterheim.com submit truthful information of their age and/or possess the necessary consent from their custodian to purchase the item(s). If not, the buyer may become liable for the possible costs an invalid agreement may involve.

PRICES

Occasionally there may be information in the Webshop that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Webshop is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

The prices in our Webshop constitute the total price (including VAT), but do not include delivery costs or potential payment fees. Outside the European Union, custom fees or other taxes and charges may be added to the purchase price.

Discounted items are available as long as they do not run out of stock. Vouchers or discount codes are only valid once per person and purchase and only within the stated period of time, and may not be combined or transferred to another purchase, nor credited to a new item due to an exchange.

PAYMENT

Payment is possible in the currencies set out in the Webshop. Payment is currently made in Swedish kronor (SEK) for shipments to Sweden, Danish kronor (DKK) for shipments to Denmark, British Pounds for shipments to the UK (£), Euro (€) for shipments within the European Union, or Dollars ($) for shipments to the United States and other non-European countries. Payment can be carried out by credit or debit cards, Klarna Invoice in some territories, or PayPal (local variations depending on shipping destination).

Svenska Regn reserves the right to check the cardholder’s address, the card’s validity, and that your account has the capacity to be charged with the full amount. Svenska Regn reserves the right to decline a purchase.

Please note we are currently unable to accept gift cards, merchandise cards, cash or checks as payment in the Webshop.

DELIVERY

Svenska Regn accepts and processes the purchase orders in the same succession that they are submitted to the Webshop. The time of delivery is the day that the item is available for collection. Normally the time of delivery within Sweden is 2-5 business days (Mon-Fri) after Svenska Regn has accepted and confirmed your order. For international shipments, delivery times are normally 2-10 business days (Mon-Fri) with UPS.

All shipping costs will be specified in the purchase order, so that the cost is clearly visible to you prior to completing the order, but potential additional customs duties are not specified.

PACKAGES RETURNED AS UNDELIVERABLE

If a purchase sent to you is returned as undeliverable, we reserve the right to charge you a fee covering the entire cost of the shipping and processing. Non-collected packages are normally not covered by the right to return items as well as the returned order.

DELAY

Should your order be delayed you will receive a message of this, including a new suggested time of delivery, at the latest within 30 days after you submitted your order. You may cancel the order if you do not accept the new suggested time of delivery. If your order has been delayed, and the new suggested time of delivery has been accepted but the order has not yet been delivered within 15 working days after the new estimated time of delivery, you may always cancel the order by notifying our customer services team. If such a delay should occur, whereby you choose to cancel the order, we will repay the prepaid amount to you. If the order has already been dispatched you will have to return the ordered items in order to receive repayment. We will pay the cost of the return.

TRANSPORT

All dispatched items are insured by Svenska Regn. Should you discover any damage to the package prior to opening it please report this Svenska Regn Customer Care (contact@stutterheim.com) and the postal agent where you collected the package, as soon as possible. Items that are damaged during transportation are replaced by Svenska Regn free of charge. If you have already opened the package when you notice the damage, please follow the return, damage and claim instructions.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You are always entitled to return your items within 30 days from the time of delivery. Returns are free of charge (excluding Canada) with Svenska Regn’s recommended returns service only, as described below.

For the return to be accepted the returned items must be essentially in the same condition in which they were sold and with any seals intact. This does not apply if the items were damaged or otherwise changed due to any measure necessary to examine them, or due to any other circumstance not related to the consumer.

Please note that financial responsibility for the return is yours until it reaches us, so we recommend that you only use Svenska Regn’s selected postage labels and returns service. In case you prefer to return your item with any other delivery service, please make sure the parcel is sent with insured and traceable mode of transportation and that you keep your receipt for the shipment.

Svenska Regn will repay the price of the item as soon as possible, however at the latest within 30 days from the date the item was returned and received by us. Returning the item is free of charge on qualifying items using our return label that you find in your parcel. Please follow the instructions provided.

The funds will be returned to your original method of payment. If you paid using your credit card, the amount will be repaid to the same card.

RETURN TO Stutterheim STORE

You may also exchange or return an item bought online in the Stutterheim store in Stockholm, within 30 days. To return an item bought online in the store you need to present a printed copy of your online receipt. Payment will be refunded by the online sales team to the same credit card you made the online purchase with, with no cash refunds provided. Note that if your online order was paid with Klarna or other invoice or account, you will receive a credit equal to what you have paid for the item(s) you return. You still have to pay your debt to the payment provider (i.e. Klarna).

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Svenska Regn ensures that all products are meticulously checked through our quality control procedures before being dispatched to our customers. We work hard to avoid the emergence of damages or defects in our products. Should you find that an item despite this is damaged or otherwise defective, we will replace your item with a new sample of the item in question, if a new one is available. If a new item is not available, you will be refunded with the original cost of the item and the return cost, unless the defect can be repaired. If the damaged item was part of an order containing other purchased items, the cost of the original delivery will not be refunded. You are asked to always examine your received products at the time of delivery and as soon as possible report any deviations from your order to us.

We will refund you as soon as possible, at the latest within 30 days from the date the returned item is received by Svenska Regn, and we have established that the item is damaged or otherwise defective. Always save your receipt. The funds will be returned to your original method of payment. If you paid using your credit card, the amount will be repaid to the same card.

COLOURS

We cannot guarantee that the colors appearing in the Webshop reflect the clothes’ colors in reality. The colors can be reflected in different ways depending on for example your computer or phone screen, graphics card and the computer settings.
