Register your return and follow the steps to receive your return label and necessary documents to ship your return.
- All items that you wish to return must be registered through our return portal
- All items must be returned in original condition with included original packaging with all tags attached.
- We reserve the right to deduct the refundable amount if the return is incomplete (eg. missing packaging, labels or other related articles)
- Worn pieces will not be accepted for return.
- Shoes must be tried on a carpet surface until you have decided to keep them, and returned with the shoe box included.
- We don’t accept returns on products marked as "Final sale".
At STUTTERHEIM, we believe in being transparent and fair with our customers. Due to the increasing costs associated with processing returns, we have had to introduce a fee for returns. However, we want to assure you that this fee is significantly subsidized compared to the actual market price, and we are committed to providing you with the best possible service.
To maintain a sustainable business model and continue offering high-quality products and services, we have implemented a 75kt return fee. This fee helps us cover a portion of the actual costs involved in the return process (between 150-200kr). We appreciate your understanding and support as we strive to provide you with excellent service while managing the logistical challenges of returns.

No. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that have not been sent with the return label provided from the return portal.
If you have returned your order with your own choice of carrier, we will not receive the parcel at our warehouse nor be able to refund your order. Neither will you be compensated if the parcel is lost in transit or for the shipping costs spent.

No, we do not offer exchanges. Instead, the product will have to be returned for a refund and a new order placed. We offer a 14-day return window. The steps for returns are detailed in our shipping and returns terms
Returns can take up to 10 business days to be processed once we have received it. If more than 10 business days have passed, please contact customer service with proof of return, e.g. collection receipt or drop off slip.
Please note that it may take 10 business days for returns to be processed following receipt of the parcel to our warehouse. An email will be sent to you to confirm once your return has been processed.
